Key Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer at InstaLaxmi, your role will involve various creative projects, including but not limited to:
1) Social Media Design
– Create visually appealing posts, carousels, and graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
– Ensure designs align with InstaLaxmi’s brand guidelines and voice.
– Stay updated with the latest trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
2) Branding & Marketing Materials
– Design banners, brochures, and promotional materials for both in-store and online use.
– Develop B2B/B2C content that enhances brand visibility and engagement.
– Work closely with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand identity.
3) App & Dashboard Design
– Create intuitive graphics for app features and dashboards that improve user experience.
– Ensure designs are user-friendly and aesthetically appealing.
– Work closely with the development team to bring concepts to life.
4) Print Media & Business Collaterals
– Design visiting cards, letterheads, and other essential business documents.
– Develop high-quality marketing collateral that aligns with our corporate branding.
5) Motion Graphics & Video Editing
– Produce engaging motion graphics for promotional campaigns and social media.
– Edit videos to create compelling visual stories that enhance brand storytelling.
– Work with influencers and content creators to produce high-quality video content.
6) Creative Contributions
– Brainstorm new content ideas to keep marketing efforts innovative and engaging.
– Bring fresh design perspectives that elevate InstaLaxmi’s brand presence.
– Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute unique visual strategies.
What We’re Looking For
To be a part of our team, you should possess the following qualifications:
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw.
– Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing.
– Ability to create B2B/B2C designs that are tailored for different platforms.
– A creative mindset with the ability to develop original and innovative content strategies.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

– Location: Thane East
– Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
