The IT Service Desk (SD) is the company’s centralized support for IT hub, situated inside OTS Global IT Delivery. . This team supports worldwide operations through a 24/7 omni-channel contact center, playing a crucial role in ensuring that Amazon sites operate smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective interaction with internal Amazon customers across various regions (APAC, EMEA, AMER).
  • Adherence to SOPs: Maintain consistency and efficiency in daily tasks by following established standard operating procedures.
  • IT Troubleshooting: Resolve issues on a range of end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Operating System Knowledge: Basic troubleshooting skills in various operating systems, particularly Windows and Linux.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work in rotational shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Service Desk Goals: Meet targets for response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction while effectively managing incidents.
